Nautical - The Fram Museum in Oslo

That's a place I want to go more and more. There is few museums I like so much and I don't know actually the reason. Can be many. The books from childhood, J.-s connection with the sea (he is from many generations seamen's family ); the romantic attitude...

Shortening is a kind of solid fat made from vegetables. In USA the brand name Crisco is most prominent. Before there was shortening, people used lard.

To make the cream cheese frosting you blend 8 ozs of cream cheese with about two cups powdered sugar, to taste. It's as easy as that.
