Today's Flowers

The days are short and the shadows are long here in Scandinavia...
Here are some flowers I found today near my summer cottage. Still blooming after the -5 C temperature at night... Here is my pea plant. I picked even some peas which were so big that they were eatable. The 2nd of November, can you imagine!

Macro Monday!

As I was late for Odd Shot's Monday, I investigated carefully CC and Today's Flower memes. And I found Macro Monday. Perfect to me today.

What is that?

It's just a big, weird mushroom, picked ca 10 miles from Stockholm, Sweden, Scandinavia :).
They say, it's not eatable, but I know people who use to dry it - the powder gives special taste for some meat dishes.

The lizard climbed quite high up on the tree, so I had no need to bend down to shoot. The dragonfly was resting on our summer cottage chimney, it's zoomed picture...
